  Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. When you receive your package, we ask that you examine it closely before you open the factory sealed product packaging. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange a majority of the unopened products within 14 days from date of purchase. Except for the special order products, it may not be returned or exchanged without pre-authorization by the manufacturer.

·                     For your convenience, BCOM is glad to provide a free memory installation on desktops (POST Test Only)

·                     All returned parts must be in resalable condition completed with all manual, cables, CD, etc.

·                     To support the copyright law, all opened software items are non-returnable

·                     All media and consumerable products are non-returnable

·                     All returns or exchanges are subject to a restocking fee of 25%

·                     Due to the volatility in computer prices, items will be refunded at the current price at the time of return

·                     Within the first 14 days, customer may receive its refund on its original plastic card or cheque

                                               

                                  Warranty

                                               

·                     BCOM will provide ONE year parts & labour functional warranty to all OEM components

·                     BCOM will provide 30 days parts & labour functional warranty to all retail components

·                     Component is defined as keyboard, mouse, speakers and all parts within and including the chassis

·                     All other products are subject to its original manufactory warranty

                                               

                                  Method of Payment

                                               

·                      For your convenience, we accept cash, the BCOM Gift Card, VISA, MasterCard and Debit Card. However we only accept cards that have been issued in Canada.

·                      To protect our clients, we will require a second piece of photo ID to prove your identity for all credit card purchase.  In addition, we do not accept credit card which could not be read by the POS.

·                      Due to the increase of forgery, we DO NOT accept cheques, bank drafts or money orders without our prior approval.

·                      All overdue invoices bear interest at the rate of 24% annually.

·                      All NSF payment is subject to $35 service charge on pre-approved accounts.
